Sewage treatment plan for small and medium-sized hospitals
The bio-contact oxidation method is suitable for small and medium-sized hospital sewage treatment projects with less than 500 beds.It is also widely used in the chemical, electronic, textile, metallurgical, food, and petrochemical industries.

Bio-contact Oxidation Method
A filler is installed in the biological contact oxidation tank, which is submerged in the wastewater and covered with biofilm. During the contact process between the wastewater and biofilm, the organic matter in the water is adsorbed, oxidized, decomposed, and transformed into a new biofilm by microorganisms. The biofilm that falls off the filler is removed after flowing into the secondary sedimentation tank, and the wastewater is purified. In the contact oxidation tank, the oxygen required by microorganisms comes from water, while the wastewater continuously replenishes the lost dissolved oxygen from the blown air. Air enters the water flow through a perforated air duct located at the bottom of the pool. When bubbles rise, it supplies oxygen to the wastewater and sometimes returns to the pool water.

Advantages of bio-contact oxidation
Anti impact load, capable of intermittent operation
There are many types of organisms with high active biomass
No sludge bulking problem
