Beijing Jiashi Daheng Pharmaceutical wastewater treatment project.
The daily water treatment capacity is 2000 tons per day. It mainly treats the wastewater produced during the pharmaceutical production. The quality of influent water is: COD 20000mg/L BOD5 800mg/L ammonia nitrogen 750mg/L total phosphorus 150mg/L total suspended particles 650mg/L. The effluent water meets the "urban wastewater treatment plant discharge level A standard".
The main treatment processes are: grating, regulating tank, anaerobic filter, aerobic tank, ultrafiltration, ozone oxidation, activated carbon adsorption, and finally effluent.
