The external heating carbonization furnace uses the gas generated during carbonization as a heat source for continuous operation. Compared with the internal heating carbonization furnace, it is easier to control the heating temperature and avoid the burning of raw materials in the cylinder and therefore the better quality biochar is obtained. Apart from this, no harmful substances like dioxin is produced and the smoke emission is greatly reduced with no solid waste at all. The continuous rapid sludge carbonization system consists of a receiving system, a carbonization system, a dust collection system, a heat recovery and exchange system, an exhaust gas treatment, and a cooling and packaging system for final products.
