Solutions
JEPT is committed to providing integrated and customized environmental solutions for water and solid waste treatment. Specifically, the services will include EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) for centralized and decentralized wastewater treatment systems, classification and incineration of domestic solid waste, composting, sludge recycling into green manure, and construction and restoration of landfill sites.
Oxidation ditch is a simple activated sludge system that belongs to the delayed aeration method. The aeration equipment is a rotary brush, which is installed on the straight section of the oxidation ditch. The rotary brush rotates, pushing the mixed liquid to circulate and flow in the tank, and keeping the activated sludge in a suspended state. Sewage entering the reaction tank usually needs to be circulated dozens of times before it can flow out of the ditch.
Centralized and Decentralized Sewage Treatment
Centralized sewage treatment refers basically to the treatment plants with big capacity and more sophisticated process. This method is often adopted by cities with complex underground pipelines network, which makes possible collection of big amount of sewage from different places and transport to the treatment site. A perfect example of centralized sewage treatment project can be seen in Huizhou WWTP Phase III
Integrated Mini Sewage Treatment Station
This is actually part of the decentralized treatment system. In most of the cases, the effluent coming out would meet all technical parameters set by the local authorities.
The treatment of domestic solid waste (DSW) is going through the era of change. Some countries still relies on the traditional method (sorting-composting-landfill) while others are using the updated one (sorting –incineration-landfill). There is no right or wrong because each method has its own reason to be selected as the proper one. It has to be talked and decided case by case.
Sludge Treatment for Resource Recycling
The sludge refers to the waste as a result of sewage pretreatment. It contains large amount of organic matters and can be recycled for the use of modern agriculture.
